Residential
We have been fortunate in being selected to work with some fantastic
homeowners. One custom home began as a timber frame great room and
spread in two directions with conventional framing, all over a full
basement with brick and stone exterior. Interior finishes included
rustic heart pine floors, salvaged and newly fitted doors, antique
hardware, modern kitchen, and state of the art heating and cooling.
Another custom home built in the Northern Shores subdivision of north Greensboro
was a Charleston design with large porches, lap siding, spacious rooms, large designer kitchen and master bath.
Homes built with a customer in mind and sold over the past years include High
Point products in "The Gables" and "Tuxedo Park" subdivisions. These homes featured open plans,
custom kitchens and master suites, hardwood and tile, brick veneer, security and structured wiring for
the 21st century technology. Home buyers range from professional singles to young couples, all pleased
with the selection they have made. One owner proudly classifies her home as the "best looking house in
the neighborhood."
We can also create the perfect deck to enhance your
enjoyment of the outdoors and increase the value of your home. One
recent deck that we built involved creating a private space for
hot tub. Our attention to design and detail can provide a custom
deck that meets your particular needs. |

Commercial
Thanks to longstanding relationships in the design community, Boedicker
Construction, Inc. has been referred for numerous upfits at EJ Victor
Showroom as they prepare for the Spring and Fall International Home
Furnishings Markets in High Point. Each market the scope varies,
and each time the work has been completed in a timely manner consistent
with needs for move-in and show requirements.
These same relationships led to our involvement with Westminster Presbyterian
Church in Greensboro, NC, and the construction of a new Columbarium on church grounds. The
requirements for detail, controls, and sensitivity on a difficult site reinforced that on a
project like this, experience matters.
Is there anything really difficult about building a picnic shelter? Not unless
it is almost 100 feet long and 50 feet wide. Even while bringing together a team of some
skilled and most not so skilled volunteers, the leadership we offered saw it through to
completion.

Renovations
Inspired by interior designer, Susan Newbill of Jamestown, NC, three homes were totally
redone. Work included removing walls and in one case a part of the second floor, renovating
kitchens while reusing components to create cabinet islands, reinforcing floors and
foundations, new wiring and lighting, and the list goes on. In two of the three cases, all
of this was accomplished while the owners still occupied the homes, requiring a great deal
of cooperation and understanding from everyone.

Specialty Projects
Inspired by designer and owner, Susan Newbill, a gift to herself and husband Richard is a
pottery/woodworking/design studio. This dream come true resulted in an 1100 square foot main
level, 600 square foot basement, and 800 square foot wrap around porch in a wooded setting.
Susan's design touch in selection of furniture, handrail, and landscaping has turned this dream
into an incredible showpiece for her talents. We are proud to have been a part in its creation.
